Jared Juusola is Director of Learning, and manages three global curriculums at Honeywell: the Honeywell Behaviors, Project Management and New Manager Development. He has over 15 years experience designing and implementing both learning and technology solutions that improve human performance and ultimately provide business value and results. Jared has a passion for providing solutions that make a difference to people, helping them perform better, while ensuring the solution is cost effective and meets both the learner and organizational needs.
