Jasmine Aquino is an organizational development consultant who has been driving L&D for more than a decade. She coaches individuals in action planning and career development to help them realize potential and achieve their goals, as well as redesigns and creates organizational programs that focus on employee training and performance management to accomplish strategic objectives. Aquino presents on numerous topics, including effective communication, empowerment, and professional development, and her passion is influencing positive action-oriented change by increasing education and engagement. She earned her master’s degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Certified Professional Coach, and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
