Jason Trujillo

About

Jason Trujillo is the Vice President of Leadership and Learning Development at IBM. He is responsible for the design and development of learning offerings and services enabling all IBMers to grow and thrive in a continuous learning environment. The Leadership and Learning Development team manages all major learning portfolios across the enterprise including Sales, Industries, Diversity and Inclusion, Agile and Leadership, as well as, major capability teams for learning design and development, and assessments.

Jason joined IBM in 2017 from Intel Corporation where he held a number of leadership positions in a variety of technical, functional and business roles. Jason’s board career journey has spanned Manufacturing, R&D and Product Groups including Personal Computing, Software and Services, Healthcare, and Internet of Things. In addition, Jason has held a number of corporate roles in Corporate Strategy, Human Resources Strategy and Leadership Development. Jason is a passionate diversity champion having served on Technical Female and Hispanic Leadership Counsels and was recognized as Mentor of the Year by the MIT Office of Minority Engineering in 2014.

Jason has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico and the University of Washington, as well as, a master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in Management from MIT Sloan. Jason is based in Armonk, New York at the Louis V. Gerstner Jr. Center for Learning.
