Jeanne is a thirty year UPSer who has spent the last ten years designing, developing and implementing training curriculum for UPS operations. In addition, she has overseen the construction and open of nine regional training centers across the globe.Currently, Jeanne leads the team responsible for incorporating virtual reality training into both job specific and safety related training offerings. Through data collection, analysis and continuous refinement the team is creating applications that combine adult learning principals with simulated experiences to better imitate what an employee would encounter in their job.
