Jeff Fajans is a researcher and consultant who specializes in helping organizations design and implement talent development strategies to ignite creativity and innovation. His current research focuses on “Technology-Facilitated Mindfulness” – how and in what ways smartphone learning interventions can help leaders, teams, and individual employees become more mindful, effective, and creative in their work. Jeff is a PhD student at Claremont Graduate University studying positive organizational psychology under the advisement of Dr. Maritza Salazar and Dr. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, the psychologist esteemed for his work on Flow and creativity.
