Jennifer Gifford has been an instructional designer for Vidant Health, a large healthcare system in eastern North Carolina, since 2009. She has an M.A. in education and human development from George Washington University in Washington, DC. She started her professional career as an instructional technologist developing Microsoft Office training on CD 17 years ago. She’s a jack of all trades--web developer, technical writer, and instructional designer with a mission to continually improve the quality of online training.
