Jenny Croom is currently a talent development specialist at TireHub based out of Atlanta, Georgia. During her tenure at TireHub, she has implemented national onboarding programs for diverse populations, led instructional design initiatives, and created processes within HR and in the business to help build the foundation for the new company.

Prior to her work in talent development, she was an HRBP for a prominent tire manufacturer in Nashville, Tennessee, Bridgestone Americas Inc., for eight years. Over her career, she has honed skillsets in project management, process improvement, program management, change management, and employee engagement. She is an enthusiastic new recipient of the APTD Certification, and also holds an MBA, SHRM-CP, and SHRM-SCP credential representing many years of hard work in the HR field.

Her passions include trying new recipes, binge-watching TV series, trying new restaurants, hosting game nights, and spending time with her husband, Chris, and five-month-old son, Micah.
