Jim Goldsmith is a Learning Architect Accenture with over 30 years of experience in developing and managing a wide range of learning and capability initiatives. He enjoys the challenge of combining the right learning tools and approaches to meet business needs and opportunities. Among other clients, Jim has worked with Aetna, BP, Boston Scientific, Caterpillar, CNA Insurance, MassMutual, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and, most recently, Shell. He is active in the learning community as a writer, speaker and evaluator and, for several years, has served as a judge for the Brandon Hall Awards. Jim has MM and MBA degrees from the University of Connecticut.
