John Kostek is a learning and performance consultant for Hitachi Vantara. Prior to joining a technology company, he was a research associate in a joint position between the Department of Pharmacology, Physiology, and Neuroscience at Rutgers Medical School and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Kostek’s evidence-based training programs have won praise from Chief Learning Officer, Brandon Hall Group, and the Association for Talent Development. His research has been published in Journal of Neuroscience, Journal of Gambling Studies, Journal of Behavioral Addictions, Journal of Traumatic Stress, Computers in Human Behavior, Handbook of Personality at Work, Handbook of Testing and Assessment in Psychology and TD magazine.
