Josh Pavek, CPTD, is a resourceful and results-driven professional with demonstrated capacity to manage, organize, and implement learning programs that improve employee performance, increase productivity levels, and drive operational objectives. He has expertise in training program design, development, and implementation of training practices, and is a passionate learning culture advocate with a dedication to deliver excellence.

Pavek’s experience has included being the online learning production and design manager at the Credit Union National Association and previously serving as the director of the L&D function at a credit union. He holds a bachelor of science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
