Josh is the director of the enterprise learning and development function for Health Care Service Corporation, operating through its Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans in Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. With more than nine years’ experience developing and delivering business-changing learning solutions, Josh has led a learning function through epic industry and organizational change. Josh holds an MBA in business, an MA in organizational psychology, and a BS in social psychology and behavioral endocrinology.
