Joshua N. Weiss is cofounder of the Global Negotiation Initiative at Harvard University, where he also teaches. He is a senior fellow of the Harvard Negotiation Project, a senior trainer with William Ury Associates, and heads his own consultancy, Negotiation Works. Weiss is also on the faculty at Bay Path University and has held adjunct faculty positions at 10 different universities, including the Massachusetts Institute of Technology; University of Massachusetts; University of Colorado, Denver; and American University of Beirut. Global Gurus listed Weiss as one of the Top 30 Global Gurus for negotiation, and he serves on the UN Mediation Team. He is also the author of Getting Back to the Table: 5 Steps to Reviving Stalled Negotiations.
