Judith Katz

Judith H. Katz, EdD, executive vice president emerita of the Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, has distinguished herself as a thought leader, practitioner, educator, and strategist for more than 40 years. She has created new paradigms in organization development and pioneered cutting-edge approaches to support individual and team agency, inclusion, and strategic change. She has co-authored seven books, as well as written hundreds of articles and chapters on change and the workplace. Her newest book, The Power of Agency: Cultivating Autonomy, Authority, and Leadership in Every Role, published in 2025. She is a recipient of the Organization Development Network’s Lifetime Achievement Award, as well as its Global Work Award and was named one of Profiles in Diversity Journal’s Pioneers of Diversity. Katz is an emerita member of the Board of Trustees of Fielding Graduate University and served on the boards of the Social Venture Network and NTL Institute.
