Judy Coates

Judy Coates is the director of learning and organizational development at the College of DuPage, where she has worked for 14 years. She is responsible for the Employee Development Center, which is the base for all training and development for approximately 4,000 employees. Her role includes developing and delivering programs such as orientation and leadership, partnering with other experts in the college to provide training through the Employee Development Center, and administering the employee learning management system.

Coates and her team members develop and deliver custom programs for departments around topics such as team building, leadership, and communication. She also leads strategic institutional initiatives around compliance training and performance management.
