Julie Donahue is the head of learning and development at Nestlé USA, where she leads the strategy for leadership development and professional skills learning solutions for more than 23,000 employees. Since Donahue joined in early 2019, she has helped create high-performing teams to more effectively serve consumers by creating a senior leader development program and a first-time people leader program, refreshing most of the leadership offerings, and bringing in LinkedIn Learning for easier access to on-the-fly solutions.
