Karina Julius is a lifelong learner with a passion for innovation and change management. She’s worked in the healthcare industry for the past seven years, and has over 25 years of experience in consulting, coaching, and leadership development. She holds a Six Sigma Black Belt technical certification,an Associate Coaching certification from the International Coach Federation, and an RYT-200 certification. She is currently the associate director of technology training at Yale Medicine, the physician specialty practice of Yale University’s School of Medicine.
