Marketing Manager, OpenSesame  Katie Hurst is the marketing manager for OpenSesame, the world’s leading source for buying and selling e-learning courses. Born in Silicon Valley, raised in the mid-west, educated in the southwest, and now living in Portland, Katie is passionate about helping others tell their stories. Prior to OpenSesame, she managed Gangplank, a nonprofit collaborative workspace geared toward building small businesses and encouraging entrepreneurship. Additionally, Katie consulted with not-for-profit and for-profit businesses alike on how to successfully integrate social media tactics into current marketing and communication strategies.
