About

Kelvin has been an accomplished management and learning consultant for more than 20 years across different industries, including property development and construction, property management, catering and restaurant operation, telecom and IT, travel, retail, and logistics. He has held senior leadership roles in Nan Fung Group, Maxim’s Group, DB Schenker, and PCCW Group in the capacity of learning and organization development.

Kelvin has extensive experience in helping organizations develop leaders, establish people and performance management practices, drive cultural changes, and build business competencies. This includes directing initiatives such as corporate-wide leadership reviews, succession planning, leadership development programs, management trainee programs, coaching and mentoring programs, management development programs, performance management systems, employee engagement surveys, sales, negotiation, and presentation skills training. He is particularly adept at assisting companies seeking to break free from their strong legacies and achieve new heights or explore different directions.

Kelvin has been certified to run various leadership and management, sales and service, and communication and influencing skills programs by world-class training consultancy companies including ENS International, Holden International, Wilson Learning, Forum Asia, the Ken Blanchard Companies, and Think On Your Feet. He is also a certified practitioner and facilitator of Hogan Assessments, MBTI, LEGO SERIOUS PLAY, and Points-Of-You tools.

His passion for personal effectiveness and learning has led him to exploration in the areas of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Enneagram, Positive Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Training, Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence, and Emotional Health psychological concepts.

Kelvin has served as a committee member for the Awards for Excellence in Training and Development Committee (2010–2017) and HR Management Development Committee (2011–2017) of Hong Kong Management Association. He has also served as a facilitator and executive coach for GILD Asia (Global Institute for Leadership Development), organized by Linkage Inc. in 2017 and 2018.

He holds a master’s degree in human resource management and training from Leicester University and a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the University of Hong Kong.
