Dr. Ken Stein is with the Learning, Training and Development organization of the Boeing Company. He has a virtual office in Merritt Island, FL and uses the Kennedy Space Center as his Boeing support campus. He acts as an internal consultant on performance development, staff adviser on integrating learning into the organization, and develops and presents seminars on leadership attributes and teambuilding. Ken is a visiting facilitator at the Boeing Leadership Center in St. Louis for first line and senior leadership programs. During his 19 years with Boeing, Ken has been a manager and brings his experience to the learning environment to balance theory with practice. He has presented programs for workplace learning professionals at American Society for Training and Development International Conferences, been involved in live television and talk radio, and participated in numerous learning events within the Central Florida area. Ken is an Immediate Past President and serves on the Board of Directors for the Space Coast Chapter of ASTD. He has a doctorate in Adult Education with a specialty in management development from Nova Southeastern University
