KimLoan Tran, PhD is an award-winning senior executive and organization development (OD) psychologist who specializes in advancing organizations through the journey of complex change, learning, and talent development. Her expertise is in creating and executing large-scale business transformation initiatives—both across industries and within top consulting firms such as Deloitte and Accenture. She serves as vice president and head of talent management for Allstate, a Fortune 100 company, and is a frequently sought-after consultant, conference speaker, panelist, and researcher.

Her body of work spans creating, executing, and facilitating strategic planning and vision setting; business and digital transformation; talent management, leadership and employee development; organizational change management and effectiveness; and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
