Kristen McCain has responsibility for the leadership development programs for Manufacturing and Quality at Eli Lilly and Company. In this role she provides support to all the global manufacturing sites. During her career, she has held various roles in manufacturing, human resources, and training and development. This combination has positioned her well to partner with her business customers to deliver performance solutions. Kristen earned her MBA from Purdue University as well as her Bachelors degree in Engineering.
