Kristina Nardi is an organizational development practitioner at Guidehouse. She has more than 10 years of experience, the majority of which she has spent helping clients solve their most challenging organizational issues. Nardi is passionate about helping organizations and people thrive. She holds a master’s of science in organizational development and knowledge management from George Mason University, is certified in facilitation, and earned her bachelor of arts from the Catholic University of America.
