Laura Harper is the Director of Talent Management for Honeywell. In this role, she is responsible for leading enterprise-wide talent management initiatives and partnering with business Organization Development & Learning (OD&L) professionals across Honeywell in providing tools, expertise, and process excellence in talent management practices. She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, both as a generalist and specialist and has led several global projects for Honeywell, including development and implementation of Honeywell’s coaching framework and learning program.
