Associate director of leadership programs
Lesli Beavers is the associate director of leadership programs at the University of Dayton Center for Leadership, where she oversees the Women Lead., Supervisory Leadership, and Emerging Leader workforce certificate programs, as well as executive development training for more than 60 partner organizations. She is deeply committed to fostering leadership development and believes in its transformative impact on individuals, teams, organizations, and communities.
With more than nine years of experience in workforce development and training, Beavers has worked across diverse industries and technical skill areas. She is a certified Everything DiSC Trainer, Korn Ferry 360 Coach, and LPI: Leadership Practices Inventory Coach. Additionally, she holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and an HCI Human Capital Strategist (HCS) and is a graduate of the National Council for Workforce Education’s Workforce Professionals Academy. Beavers earned her BA in political science from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
