She is a Certified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching, an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a SHRM-SCP. She is also certified in Lean Six Sigma, DiSC, Myers-Briggs, Hogan, and Genos Emotional Intelligence.
