Lisa Zuegel currently manages the Emerging Leaders Program at Agilent Technologies, where her passion and focus is on building global communities that create synergy and add value for the organization and beyond. She is a recognized innovative thinker, community-builder, and outstanding designer and facilitator. Through the global Emerging Leaders Program, Lisa has designed and implemented a variety of successful approaches, including interactive LeaderLab development sessions, group knowledge sharing programs and events incorporating community leaders. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, Lisa brings a unique combination of process, people and technical skills to her work. Her 30 year career at HP/Agilent includes line management positions in manufacturing operations and business process consulting at the executive level where she facilitated strategic planning processes. Lisa’s passion for building community and bringing out the best in others expands beyond her work at Agilent. She is a recognized leader in the Silicon Valley in driving partnership and solutions for the Special Needs Community. Her current focus is in partnering with YMCA of the Silicon Valley to develop a partnership to support this growing community.
