Dr. Lola Gershfeld is an organizational psychologist and the creator of the Emotional Connection (EmC) process. This innovative, evidence-based method uses the principles of attachment and emotional connection to resolve conflicts, repair team relationships, and enhance company culture. As the founder of EmC Leaders, Dr. Gershfeld oversees certification programs for internal trainers, coaches, and managers, accredited for ATD, SHRM, HRCI, and ICF credits. Dr. Gershfeld is the author of Emotional Connection, The Connected Culture, and Navigating Difficult Conversations. She is also the lead developer of the Team Emotional Safety Assessment (TESA) and author of Evolve: Grow Your Emotional Connection Capabilities.
