Loretta Thirtyacre currently serves as manager—nuclear leadership development for the Tennessee Valley Authority. In that role, she’s responsible for aligning business activity with strategic drivers, coaching human performance and preparing the executive leadership pipeline. Prior to TVA, she served as principal, talent management for Exelon Generation, serving the Quad Cities, LaSalle, Clinton, Braidwood, Byron, and Calvert Cliffs, Maryland, plants. Prior to Exelon, Loretta worked at State Farm Corporate Headquarters in Bloomington, Illinois, as director of communication, agency consultant, and director of workforce of the future, which was the organization development function for the 87,000 employee enterprise.  Loretta is a published author in the Journal of Psychological Type and has been recognized for her research using the Myers-Briggs Personality Type.
