Lyn is the ethics director in the office of Enterprise Business Conduct at Allstate Insurance Company.  In this capacity Lyn is responsible for the design, implementation and oversight of an integrated ethics program for the enterprise. Allstate has over 39,000 employees and 10,000 agencies who service over 17 million households. Lyn brings over 25 years of insurance and financial services experience to the role.  Her various positions have been in claims, product operations, customer billing, new product development and, most recently, the regional marketing director for the State of California. Lyn received her BA in Public Policy from Michigan State University.
