Madhavi Sardeshpande is a learning strategist in Accenture’s global learning strategy and innovation team. She has more than 13 years of experience in the corporate learning industry, and more than a decade of experience in research and academics prior to that. Madhavi’s work entails helping with the adoption of cutting-edge learning industry trends and architectures within the organization. She has been developing a framework for using new architectures, such as the flipped classroom, and has also worked on using social and virtual learning.
