Marouchka Boustani, MBA, CPTD® is a talent development leader who partners with organizations to design and deliver high-impact learning, leadership, and organizational development initiatives that drive measurable business results. Recognized for her dynamic facilitation style and strong business orientation, Marouchka specializes in bridging strategy and people practices to create learning experiences that move beyond content delivery into sustained behavior change, performance improvement, and culture transformation. She facilitates across all organizational levels, from front-line teams to senior leaders, using evidence-based methodologies and globally recognized frameworks aligned with ATD standards and capability models. Marouchka has built talent development functions from the ground up and successfully scaled them to support complex, multi-brand organizations. She has led large-scale performance improvement and culture transformation initiatives across eight brands in the hospitality industry, spanning four countries. Her work has delivered tangible outcomes, including 90 percent internal promotions, a 30 percent improvement in food safety compliance, a 70 percent reduction in product wastage, and a 10 percent increase in average ticket value. With earlier experience in retail and banking, she brings a multi-industry perspective that strengthens her facilitation and consulting approach. Marouchka is a CPTD holder, an ATD Master Trainer, FISH! Philosophy Trainer, and certified coach of The Positive Effect™ Leadership Program, and a graduate of Dale Carnegie’s Leadership Training for Managers. An international speaker, Marouchka has presented at regional and international platforms, including the ATD International Conference & EXPO (Washington, DC), ATD Kuwait Summit, CIPD Middle East, and the HR Excellence Awards – Kuwait. She previously served as a human resources and marketing instructor at the American College of the Middle East, blending academic rigor with real-world organizational impact.
