Matt Csaki is a dynamic change leader with more than 17 years at Accenture, specializing in training, realizing business outcomes, and building lasting relationships. Currently, he leads the digital adoption platform, insights, and enablement strategy areas within Accenture’s Journey and Change Management Center of Excellence. In that role, he develops and implements change management, measurement, and adoption strategies to achieve desired business outcomes. His focus is on fostering a data-driven decision-making culture and empowering behavioral change across Accenture’s internal products and services.
