Matt currently holds an Associate Coach Certification (ACC) through the International Coach Federation and is an active trainer/facilitator for coaching skills in workshops and in-depth, longer term training programs. With a strong background in employee development, he continues to evolve with his coaching practice, creates leadership development programs, engages in curriculum design work, and has led two recent international training programs for anti-poaching ranger units in Tanzania. He lives in the metro area of Denver, Colorado.
