Meeraa has 14 years of work experience in the IT field, and nearly half of which was dedicated to the learning and development space. Her IT delivery and management experience has been critical in designing talent development initiatives with high empathy for the learners in the segment. In the learning and development space, she has played various roles, such as program designer, performance consultant and talent development architect. Her program designs have won six Brandon Hall awards in the last three years. Her current responsibilities include designing and implementing digital talent transformation initiatives across the organization.
