Melissa Janis is the global head of leadership and organizational development at McGraw Hill, a learning science company that delivers personalized learning experiences.

Her passion for helping people shine in the workplace fuels her work in L&D, performance management, talent management, and engagement. Janis holds an master’s degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University and is the recipient of several learning in practice awards.
