Melyse Peru

Melyse Peru is an experienced facilitator, talent strategist, and learning consultant with more than a decade of experience supporting individuals, teams, and organizations in achieving measurable growth. Her work spans industries including energy, education, government, and international development, with a focus on building leadership capability and fostering high-performance cultures.

Melyse designs and delivers programs across a wide range of talent development priorities, including leadership development, performance management, change management, emotional intelligence, DEI, communication and feedback, team effectiveness, employee engagement, and career development. She combines a deep knowledge of behavioral science with practical tools to help learners turn insight into action.

Known for her engaging, learner-centered style, Melyse facilitates both in-person and virtual sessions that are inclusive, experiential, and outcomes-driven. She brings strong cross-cultural competence and has supported global teams across North America, the Middle East, and Europe. Her approach blends psychological insight with business relevance, helping participants connect personal growth to organizational impact.

Prior to launching her own consultancy, Melyse held internal leadership roles at Saudi Aramco, where she led large-scale learning initiatives and partnered across the enterprise to embed talent development strategies. Most recently, she supported culture transformation and leadership development efforts at Abt Associates, a mission-driven international organization.

Melyse is in the final stages of completing her PhD, and holds a master’s in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in communication studies, along with certifications in Hogan Assessments and various learning and coaching methodologies. Her work reflects her passion for helping others grow in ways that are purposeful, sustainable, and aligned to both individual and organizational goals.
