Michelle Duhart is a senior director at Manhattan Strategy Group, where she leads a federal training and technical assistance (TTA) center and serves as an advisor for a federal communications contract and Manhattan Strategy Group TTA Academy.

She is a results-driven executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the public and private sectors, with demonstrated performance in juvenile justice, delinquency prevention, health and human services, and TTA. She has led and guided five federally funded TTA centers over $50 million and managed a dynamic portfolio of training events through brokering services and the delivery of nationwide training that is widely recognized for building capacity in the juvenile justice/delinquency prevention, child welfare, youth development, and sexual assault and domestic violence fields.

Duhart has a long history of working with several US Department of Justice directorates and its stakeholders on several priority initiatives that include girls in juvenile justice and delinquency prevention initiatives, risk-focused prevention, staffing, supervision, data-driven decision making, reducing racial and ethnic disparities, supporting system-involved LGBTQ youths, and overseeing TTA requests for the Prison Rape Elimination Act TTA Center.

Duhart has also spent more than 20 years developing curriculums; managing national conferences and events; customizing and delivering TTA; aligning TTA requests to the field; and collaborating closely with providers, partners, and practitioners to ensure their priority and emerging needs are addressed efficiently and effectively, whether in a virtual, hybrid, or in-person format.
