As the director of learning products at Gillespie Associates, Michelle Wescott heads the development of Gillespie Nimble, an off-the-shelf curriculum for new manager training. She uses her nearly 20 years of experience in talent development to help others achieve their development goals and trains others in the industry on creating engaging and effective courseware. Michelle holds a BA in women studies from the Ohio State University and completed the MS curriculum in communications and media technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She earned the CPLP certification in March 2017.
