Michelle is the Manager of Corporate and Contact Center Training in the Training & Development department of AAA Mid-Atlantic. Her areas of focus include New Associate Orientation/Training, Leadership Development, Diversity and Membership. Michelle is a graduate of the Penn State University. While at AAA Mid-Atlantic, she has managed Automotive Services Training and Planning & Communications for Training & Development, in addition to her current role. Prior to AAA Mid-Atlantic, she spent nine years at MBNA in Customer Satisfaction and Training.
