With over 10 years experience in various manufacturing industries (nuclear, oil and gas, automotive, and powersports) Naomee brings a unique perspective to training and development that compliments real-life business objectives. She is a change leader that has designed several training departments from the ground up and prides herself on being an inter-departmental liaison. Her work is helping to design and facilitate activities to strengthen and improve operational systems that impact people, equipment and the bottom-line.

Naomee is a continuous learner and stays ahead of industrial knowledge. She has participated in executive education from Yale and ATD, is ISO 9001, and certified in project management, and received her MBA from Webster University.
