Neha Lagoo Ratnakar wants to create learning solutions which are not just effortless, but continuous and definitely fun. As an industrial psychologist and the owner of Khojees® ( a training gamification company), she created a virtual organization which does not have a physical office.

The team at Khojees® works with multinationals to convert their classroom trainings into exciting games which are an eclectic mix of Pokemon Go and Scavenger Hunts. More than 6000 players in 7 countries have discovered the exciting new way of learning with Khojees®.

While being a part-time conspirator at Khojees®, Neha also holds a full time position at Institute for Management Accountants as their Senior Manager for Global Education Relationships.

When she is not busy curating learning solutions or working with global teams, you can find her acting up a storm with local IMPROV groups, making both friends and mistakes in the 7 languages she speaks.
