Neil Neveras
About
Neil leads Deloitte’s client-facing Leadership services in the US and co-leads these services globally. In this capacity, he works with clients to help them solve their most complex leadership challenges, including defining leadership capabilities to drive business priorities, succession/pipeline planning, leadership assessment, development planning, career pathing, coaching/mentoring, using social networking to link leaders, global assignments/mobility for development, and metrics. Neil also works with clients on broader challenges related to talent and work, including talent strategies, organization design, job design, and transformational change management. Representative clients include Fortune 500 companies in the financial services, retail, technology, media, professional services, and life sciences industries. Prior to joining Deloitte six years ago, Neil was Director of Executive Programs at the Wharton School, where he led development and deployment of global leadership development programs for large global organizations. Among his responsibilities in his eleven-year tenure at Wharton, he designed, developed and launched Wharton Fellows, the school’s executive lifelong-learning network and global master classes. He also worked with clients to build and run development programs in outsourcing, mergers & acquisitions, technology transformation, supply chain management, negotiations, decision-making, and global market development. He has designed and led programs in the United States, China, India, Malaysia, Singapore, the Czech Republic, France, Finland, Spain, the UK, Denmark, Italy, Spain and Germany. Neil holds a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Michigan.
