Nickey Knighton is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) with a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation. Her profile includes creating strategic alignment, collaboration, and accountability within organizations; navigating the challenges created by organizational, environmental, and cultural conditions; creating better avenues of communication between employer and employee; and goal setting and visioning to enhance career potential and aiding employees in feeling valued by their employer. She specializes in team coaching and one-one-individual coaching. Nickey works with organizations to achieve positive, lasting change in behavior for the senior-level leaders, their people, and their teams. She has more than 30 years of leadership experience and expertise. Nickey has solid experience in leading large, diverse organizations and has outstanding abilities in team building, change management, innovative solutions, and performance management. A retired army officer, her duties and responsibilities have included being a chief training officer, chief leader development officer, chief human resources officer, and senior consultant in human capital solutions. She received a master’s degree in leadership from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and obtained a certificate for leadership coaching from Georgetown University as well as a certificate of advanced leadership and well-being coaching from George Mason University.
