Nickey Knighton is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) with a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation. A retired army officer, her duties and responsibilities have included being a chief training officer, chief leader development officer, chief human resources officer, and senior consultant in human capital solutions. She received a master’s degree in leadership from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and obtained a certificate for leadership coaching from Georgetown University as well as a certificate of advanced leadership and well-being coaching from George Mason University.
