Nicole Filostrat Smith is the senior manager of education services and learning development for the American Payroll Association (APA). She holds a bachelor degree in psychology and a master’s degree in education, focusing on adult education and training and development. With 20 years of L&D experience, Nicole identifies new educational programs and evaluates existing programs and their delivery methods to enhance their value and effectiveness. She has designed learning programs for Family Dollar Corporation, Ceridian, and Kronos, including product/software training, new hire schools, project management programs, and leadership development.
