Nigel Gan is responsible for learning and development at the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS). Prior to this, he led instructional design and the Leadership and Gender Empowerment Training Portfolio at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) Division for Prosperity. Nigel has developed and facilitated training around the world to learners from more than 90 countries. He is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and an Association for Talent Development (ATD) Master Trainer and Master Instructional Designer.
