Nikki Vassallo, CPTD, has been vice president of learning and knowledge at Workers Federal Credit Union for nearly a decade and has been in the credit union industry for more than 20 years. Throughout her career, Vassallo has helped individuals learn and adapt to the changing landscape of financial services and looks for opportunities to coach and mentor others in her industry. Vassallo has been an ATD member for more than 10 years, and a Central Massachusetts Chapter member for the past three years. She is currently serving as chapter president after completing two years as vice president of communications and marketing.

Earning her Certified Professional in Talent Development credential in December 2022, Vassallo is currently working toward her doctor of business administration degree at Franklin University with a focus on organizational leadership.
