About
Norikazu Watanabe is an experienced trainer and facilitator specializing in training performance consulting at PERSOL Research and Consulting Co., Ltd.(formerly Fuji Xerox Learning Institute), a leading human resources company in Japan.
After obtaining a degree in social sciences from Waseda University in 2000, Norikazu began his career in corporate sales at a major staffing agency, eventually being promoted to branch manager, where he contributed to performance improvement through team development. He transitioned to the BPO division as a project manager, gaining experience managing outsourcing projects such as sales administration for a foreign medical device company and call center operations for major pharmaceutical firms. Through this consulting work, he developed a deep knowledge of industry markets and business schemes.
In 2015, Norikazu joined a human resource consulting firm, engaging in business consulting for employee engagement, manager coaching, and training content design. He started delivering programs himself, building essential skills as a trainer. With a deep knowledge across various business sectors, he became an active facilitator and designer for training programs spanning new manager training, sales proposal writing, presentation skills, and career management.
Since 2018, Norikazu has served as a professional instructor at PERSOL Research and Consulting Co., Ltd., leveraging his advanced facilitation abilities. Currently, as a training performance consultant, he focuses on organizational talent development, particularly sales force and communication skills enhancement, facilitating around 140 in-person and online training sessions and workshops annually. His areas of expertise include blended learning design, facilitation, and trainer development.
