Odette Santiago-Elmer has more than 20 years of experience in content design and LMS implementation for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and international clients. Although educated as an engineer, Odette soon realized that her real passion was training workers to perform at their best. As the Meridian University training manager for Meridian Knowledge Solutions, Odette works to analyze her clients' business needs and then customize and deliver instructional content that gets results. She has also mastered a handful of industry-leading LMSs and authoring tools.
