With the introduction of individual learning plans, she reduced labor costs by 50%. Pam began her professional career in the banking industry where she held a variety of positions in training and development and human resources up to the Vice President level. Pam spent five years on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Chapter of ASTD and served in the role of Chapter President.
