Patricia “Tricia” Gorton, founder and principal consultant People Centered Transformations, is an expert on working with senior leaders to enable and unlock the people side of change. She has led organizational change efforts in a variety of organizations and developed and coached hundreds of high potential leaders. Her organization development background in leading talent, leadership, and learning for global organizations drives her mission to build human capacity and realize business results. Gorton attended the University of Michigan for both her MBA and CHRO executive education.
